I had an o.j/mango/strawberry smoothie for breakfast. For lunch, I had a banana/hemp/cacao smoothie. I later had a glass of fresh-squeezed o.j following an afternoon workout.

And for dinner, a big salad followed by a plate of steamed veggies & quinoa. This is one of my favorite cooked meals because it is simple & light yet tasty & filling. The yogurt-tahini sauce makes it v delish :P
Yogurt-Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 c plain yogurt (I prefer goat's milk yogurt)
- 3 T tahini
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/2 t garlic pwdr
Preparation
Using a blender, blend all ingredients except the chopped parsley. Stir in the parsley and pulse the blender a few times to mix well. Pour into a dressing jar and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Keeps in the fridge for about 3-5 days.
